As we are an essential service we are and will continue to remain open and operate at our full capacity. We’re doing our very best to keep our visitors and staff healthy and safe within our workplace. We take health and safety seriously, so we are acting fast and efficiently to ensure we are taking the necessary precautionary measures to avoid any risks.

Viewing homes in our depot:

• All our homes are still able to be viewed in our depot
• Upon entry to our office please use the hand sanitiser provided
• Please keep a 1.5m distance from other clients viewing homes in the depot

Information regarding Site Inspection’s:

• Implementation of a 1.5m social distancing rule
• We can provide non-contact inspection, please advise us upon booking an inspection.
• Potential buyers inspecting homes for sale will be asked to use provided hand sanitiser prior to enter the home.
• If you are sick or even slightly unwell you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
• If you have travelled overseas in the last month and have not self quarantined for 2 weeks we will unfortunately refuse service and you will need to rebook at a later date.

Here are our objectives to ensure you and our staff are kept safe:

• Regularly wiping over all surfaces
• Implementation of a 1.5m social distancing rule
• Hand sanitiser will be available for all visitors, and staff will be regularly washing and sanitising their hands
• Staff have completed an eLearning course in Infection Control for COVID-19 to broaden knowledge and take measures for a healthy and safe workplace
