We also offer an option to bring the house back to our depot (HBTY) if immediate removal is required

Option 1
Consignment – Selling Directly From Your Block
How it works
We assess your home’s suitability for consignment. If approved, we transport your home directly to a buyer, avoiding additional handling and storage costs. This option maximizes your return while giving your home a second life.

- Requires better preparation, such as ensuring your block is ready for removal.

Option 2
HBTY (House Back to Yard)
How it works
If consignment isn’t feasible due to timing or other restrictions, we can relocate your home to our depot for resale. This ensures the home is removed within your required timeframe.
- Guaranteed removal of your home, even with a restricted timeline.
- Saves on demolition costs compared to a full demo.
- No financial return is typically provided for the home.
- You may need to cover partial site clearing costs (approximately 50% of demolition costs).
